Terms & Conditions — Your Eyes Only Scope

  • These Terms apply to all services, packages, memberships and product sales by Your Eyes Only in Western Australia. By booking or purchasing you accept these Terms.

  1. Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices exclude government taxes, duties or third‑party fees unless stated.

  1. Prices Subject to Change

  • We may change prices at any time. New prices apply immediately to bookings or purchases made after the change.

  • For ongoing memberships or recurring bookings, price changes will take effect from the next billing or renewal period after we notify you.

  1. Notice of Changes

  • We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected clients of price increases via email or website notice. Notify period (where applicable): [e.g., 30 days].

  1. Quotes, Packages & Memberships

  • Quotes and promotional prices are valid only for the period stated. If no period is shown, quotes expire 14 days from issue.

  • Package and membership credits purchased before a price increase remain valid at the original purchase price; however, renewals and future purchases will reflect current pricing.

  1. Bookings and Acceptance

  • A booking is confirmed after payment of a deposit (if required) or when we send a booking confirmation. We are not obliged to honour prices shown in expired confirmations or screenshots after a price change.

  1. Promotions and Errors

  • Promotional offers, discounts or coupon codes are subject to their stated terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed using incorrect pricing.

Consumer Rights

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the ACL regarding faulty goods or services or unfair contract terms.

  1. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of price changes is limited to correcting billing errors, issuing pro rata refunds for prepaid services, or other remedies stated in these Terms.
