Booking Policy: Lash and Brow Servicing
We require a 48-hour notice for any changes, reschedules, or cancellations to be made to booked appointments. All online bookings require a booking fee of 50% to be paid at the time of booking; this is then deducted from your appointment on the day. Cancellations made within this time: 50% of the appointment fee is to be paid to cover your booked appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be used towards another service, product, or an alternate appointment date if the cancellation policy has been met. Your booking fee will be forfeited in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time. Late cancellations include sickness, COVID-19, or unforeseeable circumstances that will prevent the client from attending the appointment within the cancellation period above.
Please arrive on time; this may mean factoring in time for parking. As we book out the right amount of time to do your brows and lashes, late arrivals may cut into your appointment time or mean that we are unable to do your service due to clients booked after your booking time.
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, in the event your appointment cannot be done in the time remaining, this will be classified as a late cancellation with payment required to cover your scheduled time, and a rebooking will need to be made with a new deposit.

Deposit Policy
Please read the deposit policy thoroughly before paying your deposit.
Due to the length of time and nature of the treatment we reserve for tattoo appointments, a minimum of 5 business days’notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given. Cancellations within the 5-business-day timeframe: your deposit will be used to cover your appointment time, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
This deposit is non-refundable in all cases, yet it can be transferred to another date, given that you have followed our notice requirement above.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your new time will be scheduled for the next available date. Tattoo deposits cannot be redeemed for any other treatments.
Parking
We have four parking bays directly in front of the salon for your use. If the parking bay is full, you may also use the parking bays next door at the fruit and veggie shop, provided that your booking is for 45 minutes or less. Free 1- to 2-hour street parking is also available within a 5-minute radius.
Gift voucher policy
Gift cards can be purchased:

In-store at Your Eyes Only.
The purchase of a gift card is deemed to be complete:
if online, at the time you receive an order confirmation at your nominated email address; or
If in-store, at the time payment for the gift card is processed.
You cannot cancel the purchase of a gift card or return a gift card after the time outlined in clause (1b) or purchase a gift card using Afterpay.
Use
The physical gift card or e-gift card must be presented at the time of use.
Gift cards have a three-year expiry date from the date of purchase.
The dollar value on a gift card includes GST.
If you make a purchase using the gift card for an amount that exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.
You can combine the balances of multiple gift cards to complete a purchase.
Loss or replacement
We will not replace any lost or stolen gift cards or gift cards damaged by acts or omissions of you or a third party.
