There is no downtime after microblading—return to your normal routine immediately—but avoid activities that raise your body temperature (strenuous exercise, hot tubs, saunas) for a few days. Increased blood flow and sweat can draw pigment to the surface and blur the strokes.
Keep the brow area dry: do not wet it or expose it to hot steam, as moisture can interfere with the pigment bonding. Avoid applying makeup directly on or around the treated area to reduce the risk of infection; you may gently remove makeup from the rest of your face with a wipe or towel.
You will receive everything you need at your appointment, including a post-care kit and clear short- and long-term aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing.
