We’re looking for someone who:
Has a warm, welcoming manner and builds trust quickly with clients
Brings excellent customer service and communication skills
Has a minimum of 3 years’ brow experience and solid admin capability
Is reliable, organised, and happy to collaborate with the team
Key responsibilities
Provide expert brow services: lamination, shaping, waxing, tinting
Perform lash lifting services
Liaise with clients, manage bookings, and respond to enquiries
Ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for our team and guests
