There’s a new lash lift in town - Korean Lash Lifts are taking over!
You may have heard about a new lash lift in town - the Korean method, and wondering what it is and how it works. We have been using a keratin lash lift for 10 years, however the process does not work well on very dense, think or straight lashes, Due to the way the first step is applied, lashes can be resistant to a wow factor curl.
How the korean method works
Rather than the first step being to apply the lashes on a curled silicon rod. The solution allows us to ‘relax’ the lashes first downward, whilst the cuticle softens and opens,
B y doing this step, the lashes effortlossy apply to the curled shield and we dont have the resistance of the natural lash growth working against the application.
Why is it called a Korean lash lift?
This technique was developed in Korea with a cysteamine-free lash lift product which is very gentle, lashes are softened without glue, originally designed for asian lashes, as they typically grow downward.
This method works slower than traditional perming methods foc using on softening the lashes from root to tip.
